1995 December 9, Welcome home Stripes
Ken and Cathy spent most of Saturday (December 9, 1995) afternoon at the National Cat Protection Society playing with cats. They brought Stripes home with them. I like her, because she hasn’t slapped me yet. But, I still do not trust any cat when they are near my face because Ken’s sister’s cat hit me a long time ago in Michigan and it hurt bad. Stripes is not afraid of me. I try to get her to run, so I can chase her, but she doesn’t seem to realize that cats are supposed to run away from dogs. Stripes also likes to talk (meows) a lot.
