In my continuing effort to improve Ken and Cathy’s health, as they grow older, I take them for a run with me about 3 times each week. Ken doesn’t like to run as slow as me and Cathy so sometimes he rollerblades. He runs when he commutes (about 11 miles) to work or home from work 2 to 4 times each week and then a longer run each weekend.

I also like to keep the cat, Stripes in shape by making sure she runs around too, at least inside the house.
