Weather Update: Snow in the mountains. These are the San Gabriel Mountains between our home and Unc’s (Uncle Dave’s) nursing home. The drive is just over 100 miles because of these little bumps. Ken (and sometimes Cathy & Kay too) go to Lancaster to see Unc about once a month or so. Ken did go over the mountain once, but not while there was snow. And with all the winding switchbacks, and such, it was still over 100 miles, just a slower, but kind of fun, drive.
